This is a Stay-to-Play event. In order to be eligible to participate in the tournament, each team registering for the tournament must make its hotel reservations through the official housing company, Team Travel Source. The minimum room requirement in 2019 will be 5 rooms for two nights each OR 10 total room nights PER TEAM, not per club.  Any reservations made directly with the hotel, as well as other third party bookings (Expedia.com, Hotels.com, etc.), will not be credited towards your team minimum. 

To "save your spot", please complete the form below. All requests will be processed in the order in which they are received.  A schedule will be emailed by end of day Wednesday, April 17th letting each club know when you will receive their own UNIQUE LIVE Inventory Link! 

 

On your assigned day at your assigned time, Team Travel Source will send you a link unique to your club that will show LIVE inventory, and you can submit your request through this site.  Please be sure to include all registered team names and graduation years in your request! Once you have submitted your request, your rooms will be placed on hold, and a Team Relations Specialist will provide you with a booking link unique to your team within 48 hours business hours.

 

Please know that the clubs next in line will be given access to the portal shortly after you so make your selections quickly to ensure you get the best rooms!
